Facebook

Plugins from the social network Facebook are used on our website. The plugins are operated exclusively by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (Face-book). The plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the "Like" button. As soon as a website is accessed via one of these plugins, a direct connection is made with the Facebook servers by the browser. The content of the plugin is transmitted to your browser via the con-nection and integrated by it into the website displayed. In addition Facebook is informed that you have visited our website. If you are logged in to your personal Facebook user account during your visit to our website, Facebook can track the visit to our website to your user ac-count. This is also true of interactions with plugins, e.g. by clicking on the "Like" button or by making a comment. The information is transmitted directly to Facebook and stored. If you want to prevent the transfer of data to your Facebook account, you must log out of your Face-book account before visiting our website.

Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies", text files, that are stored on your computer and which allow your use of the website to be analysed. The information gained by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP-address) is transmitted to Google's servers in the USA and stored there. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, in order to put together reports about activity on the website for its operator and to provide further services connected with the use of the website and the Internet. Google will also transmit this information to third parties, to the extent that this legally permissible or the third party processes data for Google. Google will in no way make a connection between your IP address and other data from Google. You can prevent the installation of the cookies through the ap-propriate setting on your browser software; we would like to point out, however, that in this case you may not be able to make complete use of all functions of this website. We would like to point out that this website uses the extension "_anonymizeIp()" from Google Analytics. This ensures that IP addresses can only be processed in abbreviated form, which prevents them from being linked to a particular individual."

Use of the Tweet button from Twitter

Our website uses the Tweet button from the social network, Twitter, that is operated by Twit-ter Inc., 750 Folsom Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States ("Twitter"). The Tweet button is indicated by the dark blue Bird. If you call up a web page on our website that contains such a button, your browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of Twitter. The content of the "Tweet" button is transmitted directly to your browser from Twit-ter and integrated by it into your Twitter message. Consequently, ROTEX has no influence over the scope of data that Twitter obtains using the button. However, we assume that your IP address will be recorded, amongst other data. Please refer to the data protection information from Twitter regarding the purpose and scope of data that is obtained and the further process-ing and use of the data via Twitter, as well as your rights in this regard and the settings you can make to protect your private sphere: http://twitter.com/privacy. If you are a Twitter mem-ber and you do not want Twitter to collect data about you via our website or to link to your data stored on Twitter, you must log out of Twitter before visiting our website.

Google +1 Buttons

We have incorporated the Google+ button of the "Google+" social network on websites. This social network is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The Google+ button is indicated by the "+1" symbol.
If you are surfing our websites that contain a Google+ button, your browser establishes a di-rect connection to the Google servers and the button is loaded from there. At the same time, the information is transferred to Google Inc. that our website has been called up, by the con-tents of the "+1" button being transferred directly from Google to your browser and integrated by it into the website.

For this reason, we have no influence over the scope of data that Google obtains using the button. According to information from Google, no personal data is obtained unless the button is clicked. Data, including the IP address, is only obtained and processed from logged-on members of the Google+ social network. If you are a Google+ member and you do not want Google to obtain data about you via our websites, you must log out of Google+ before visiting our website.
Our company never finds out at any time whether and when you have used the Google+ but-ton. We exclusively receive a summarised, anonymised set of statistics from Google regarding the use of the Google+ button.
Refer to the data protection declaration from Google regarding what data Google specifically obtains for its own purposes as well as information about further processing and use of the data: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
