ROTEX Heating Systems GmbH in Güglingen near Heilbronn is a manufacturer of complete heating systems and products made of technical plastics. The portfolio includes air/water heat pumps, condensing boilers for oil and gas, solar systems, hot water storage tanks, underfloor heating, heating oil storage tanks, rainwater storage tanks and a installation system for sanitary and heating installation. Founded in 1973, ROTEX now employs more than 340 employees and also boasts its own development department. ROTEX is a global company and export to 25 countries.
Since 1st october 2008, ROTEX Heating Systems GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of DAIKIN Europe NV (Oostende/Belgium). DAIKIN Europe is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Ltd., a listed company domiciled in Osaka, Japan with 36.000 employees worldwide.

ROTEX is known as a technological forerunner in the area of complete heating systems with extensive solar energy use as a central regenerative energy component. ROTEX, the heating system with a future, is a complete system that covers all areas of heating (heat generation, water heating and distribution as well as heating oil storage). All components are technically optimised, carefully harmonised to each other and processed with top quality.
It is our aim, with our ROTEX EcoHybrid system, by the extensive use of regenerative energy, to reduce the consumption of fossil fuel and to expel less CO2 with it. Technical innovation power
Another of ROTEX's strengths in heating technology is knowing how to combine high load-bearing technical plastics with modern metal connections. This leads to innovative applications and products which offer many advantages compared to conventional solutions. ROTEX uses plastics anywhere where they are superior to metals, e.g. in heating and storage tank pipes, fittings, storage tanks, casings, covers, etc. In workpieces made of metal, highly advanced material connections are chosen which are characterized by their high corrosion resistance, light weight and high thermal resistance. An example in this regard is the patented aluminium stainless steel compound in the ROTEX boiler A1, which even allows oil condensing use without any problem.
